You have got to be kidding! Fort Wayne, IN has now had over 70 inches of snow this winter, the second snowiest winter in history. I know we are not any different than most midwest and northeast cities--but that doesn't make me feel any better. This is a photo of the third green at Cherry Hill Golf Club out my back window. I just got in from blowing snow and told my wife that it was the heaviest, wettest, ten inches of snow I've had ever had to deal with. We had weather in the 50's both Monday and Tuesday with some good snow melt. And it's now Wednesday...and this. Uhg. It's very clear to me my home course, Coyote Creek, won't be opening in March.
